Return Policy
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from www.manjunk.com, simply return the product(s) to us within 15 days of purchase and we will credit your account for the full amount of the purchase less shipping. Shipping fees, including return shipping fees, are not refundable.
We recommend that you send your return via FedEx, DHL, UPS or insured Parcel Post to insure a quick and track-able delivery.
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, retain the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 1-877-2MANJUNK (1-877-262-6586). The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
We're sorry, but returns or exchanges for purchases made in a department store, partnered retail store, spa or any other website may not be returned to www.manjunk.com.
If the item you wish to return was not purchased through www.manjunk.com please return to the place of purchase for resolution.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND RETURNS TO OUR MAILING ADDRESS. RETURN ADDRESS WILL BE PROVIDED WHEN RMA NUMBER IS ASSIGNED.In order to return a product, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number by calling 877-2MANJUNK or Email Us. RMA numbers are good for 10 days and must be written on the outside of the returning package. Please Note: All products received without prior Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number will not be accepted.
Please be sure to include your packing slip or a note with your name and order number.
